Does The Bladies ship internationally?

Short answer is yes. International orders must inquire via email to get a shipping quote. Some countries are out of bounds for larger orders like skates but this is case by case. If The Bladies cannot ship directly The Bladies will make effort to find a shop to ship to you. Please email Holler@thebladies.com

What is Bladies?

The Bladies is a lifestyle brand created to bring more women into a male dominated sport and create the demand for skates and opportunities for women in skating. Bladies is word play: blade + ladies. The first known use of the word Bladies was shouted by Fallen (Heffernan) Giambo and Coco Sanchez who shouted “BLADIES!” at contest to hype each other up.

Who founded Bladies

Established in 2012 by Megan Petersen while living with fellow Bladies crew Aarin Gates and Melissa Brown. The Bladies filmed an official crew video in San Diego while Megan built a website and developed product for The Bladies in Friends. The Bladies brand relaunched summer of 2018 with the help of designer Gaby Velasquez.

Who are The Bladies

Blade ladies are all the ladies that blade. The Bladies invites all ladies who blade to skate and collaborate. We are a community, Bladies is here to support and help it grow!
